Men’s Ministry
Mission
At Countryside Bible Church, our Men’s Ministry exists to train and equip men to lead and serve with humility and strength—at home, in the church, and in the workplace. Through Scripture study, discipleship, and fellowship, we aim to help men grow in godly character and purpose.
We believe every man has been gifted by God to serve others and steward His grace. Our goal is to encourage one another to live that out— faithfully and boldly.
Man-Up Conference
Each year, we host the Man-Up Conference, a powerful time of teaching, encouragement, and connection for men of all ages.
Dr. Jack Hughes is pastor of Anchor Bible Church in Louisville, KY. He received his theological education from The Master’s Seminary and Westminster Theological Seminary. Jack loves preaching, teaching, and equipping men for the work of the ministry. Jack served for eight years as adjunct professor at The Master’s Seminary. Jack and his wife Lisa have been married since 1984, have two grown sons, a daughter and son-in-law with five grandchildren. Jack is the author of Expository Preaching with Word Pictures and proprietor of www.drivennails.com, a website devoted to equipping Bible students, teachers, and preachers.
